1. Check the gate-passes and load the materials.
2. Cross check the material after loading and inform billing counter for the tax invoices.
3. Approach customers who come to buy directly from the warehouse, such as mixed tiles and old stock tiles, if necessary.
4. Approach those who come to the warehouse with a gate pass without delay to collect small quantities of materials from the warehouse.
5. Make sure the warehouse is kept clean at all times.
6. Support the warehouse manager.
7. Make sure that the received new materials are properly arranged in your own store area.
8. Stock cycle – Count according to the instructions of the warehouse manager.
9. Manage the loading team to do their job properly.
10. Support the sales team if any stock-related queries are required.
11. Support the showroom manager for store-related inquiries.
12. Check properly while receiving sanitary & CP fittings before adjusting them in the storage area.
13. Ask for verification signature from the driver at the time of loading and the customer verification signature during offloading should be asked of the driver and it should be recorded.
14. This verification record of each sale should be properly maintained by the store keeper.
15. Make sure the material release is based on sales invoice.
16. Materials with excessive aging and very low mobility should be reported to the warehouse manager and showroom manager in order to plan liquidation.
17. Submit the weekly stock report to the reporting manager.
18. Before leaving after duty hours, make sure the store is properly closed, and the key is kept in the right place.
