Overall Role Purpose : Sales Database Management: Generate Leads /customer base of 3PL requirements. Solution Design & Customer Presentation: Includes data collection & proposal building along with support of Solution Designs. To make Proposal presentations to customers. Business conversion & Revenue generation: As per Revenue Targets. Monitoring Market Intelligence within the industry. Manage and grow key account relationships. Key activities : Sales: Establishing corporate Sales Strategies for achievement of top and bottom-line. Selling Supply chain Services to Customers in all verticals. Targeting Customer base comprising of top corporate, MNCs, & Industry Leaders. Handling business planning operation and analysis for assessment of business Potential on regional basis. Evaluating customer pricing and profitability on a continual basis. Managing sales & operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets. Achieving the set Targets for the region by the top Management Leadership: Manage, coach and regional branch team. Communication & Reporting: Use of MIS to provide insights to management and improve performance. Ensure that positive communication channels are built within team. Skills / Qualifications : Key capabilities / Competencies: Energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented Strong People Management skills Excellent Presentation Skills Strong Team Management and Communication Skills Strong Analytical skills Customer facing and interaction skills Achievement drive and initiative Product and process know-how Fleet management knowledge Expected years of experience : Minimum 2-7 years experience Preference for operational experience across 3PL industry Accompanied with a wide experience in a service-oriented business Expected Educational Qualifications : Preferably a bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant technical education and work experience preferably in Logistics sector. Excellent knowledge of Contract Logistics Warehousing & Transportation and Distribution.
