AM/ DM - Sales (Warehousing & Transportation Services)

Overall Role Purpose:

• Sales Database Management: Generate Leads /customer base of 3PL requirements.
• Solution Design & Customer Presentation: Includes data collection & proposal building along with support of Solution Designs.
• To make Proposal presentations to customers.
• Business conversion & Revenue generation: As per Revenue Targets.
• Monitoring Market Intelligence within the industry.
• Manage and grow key account relationships.

Key activities:

Sales:

• Establishing corporate Sales Strategies for achievement of top and bottom-line.
• Selling Supply chain Services to Customers in all verticals.
• Targeting Customer base comprising of top corporate, MNCs, & Industry Leaders.
• Handling business planning operation and analysis for assessment of business Potential on regional basis.
• Evaluating customer pricing and profitability on a continual basis.
• Managing sales & operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.
• Achieving the set Targets for the region by the top Management

Leadership:

Manage, coach and regional branch team.

Communication

Use of MIS to provide insights to management and improve performance.

Ensure that positive communication channels are built within team.

Expected years of experience

• Minimum 2-7 years experience
• Preference for operational experience across 3PL industry
• Accompanied with a wide experience in a service-oriented business

Expected Educational Qualifications:

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant technical education and work experience preferably in Logistics sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Contract Logistics Warehousing & Transportation and Distribution.
