Overall Role Purpose : Sales Database Management: Generate Leads /customer base of 3PL requirements. Solution Design & Customer Presentation: Includes data collection & proposal building along with support of Solution Designs. To make Proposal presentations to customers. Business conversion & Revenue generation: As per Revenue Targets. Monitoring Market Intelligence within the industry. Manage and grow key account relationships. Key activities : Sales: Establishing corporate Sales Strategies for achievement of top and bottom-line of the region. Selling Supply chain Services to Customers in all verticals. Targeting Customer base comprising of top corporate, MNCs, & Industry Leaders. Handling business planning operation and analysis for assessment of business Potential on regional basis. Evaluating customer pricing and profitability on a continual basis. Managing sales & operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets. Achieving the set Targets for the region by the top Management. Leadership: Manage & coach regional branch team. Communication & Reporting: Use of MIS to provide insights to management and improve performance. Ensure that positive communication channels are built within team. Excellent knowledge of Contract Logistics Warehousing & Transportation and Distribution.
