HR Executive

Arjuna Natural Private Limited has been India's leading manufacturer and exporter ofstandardized botanical extracts for the nutraceutical industries for over three decades.Established in 1989, the company has grown in epic proportion with customers in around 65countries and has several international patents to its credit of which the majority arecommercialized globally.At this pivotal stage, the Management is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to joinus as HR Executives, contributing their skills, energy, and dedication to help us achieve ourgoals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and company HR policies
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Generate regular HR reports for management review
• Support training and development initiatives

2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 0-1 Years of relevant HR Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
