Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and legal requirements. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, POs, invoices, and supplier details. Support internal/external audits related to procurement. Coordination & Support Collaborate with finance, production, and logistics teams for smooth purchase operations. Provide timely updates to management on procurement status. Assist in resolving purchase-related disputes or discrepancies. Arrange and coordinate campus interviews and local job fairs to attract young and skilled talent. Schedule and organize interviews in coordination with respective department heads and line managers. Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.. 2. Job Description & Manpower Planning Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JD) in collaboration with department heads. Support workforce planning and forecasting to meet future staffing needs. Maintain an updated organizational chart and vacancy tracker. 3. Onboarding & Documentation Manage pre-joining formalities and coordinate background verification. Conduct new employee inductions and orientation programs. Ensure proper documentation of new hires and maintain employee records. 4. Employer Branding Promote the company’s employer brand on job portals and social media. Support participation in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns. 5. MIS & Reporting Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with management.
