Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

Handle full-cycle recruitment from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final onboarding.
Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, local employment exchanges, referrals, social media, and direct walk-ins.
Conduct bulk hiring for operators, staff, and supervisors from nearby areas.
Maintain strong relations with ITIs, polytechnic colleges, and universities for campus recruitment drives.
Arrange and coordinate
campus interviews
and local job fairs to attract young and skilled talent.
Schedule and organize interviews in coordination with respective department heads and line managers.
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database..

Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JD) in collaboration with department heads.
Support workforce planning and forecasting to meet future staffing needs.
Maintain an updated organizational chart and vacancy tracker.

3. Onboarding & Documentation

Manage pre-joining formalities and coordinate background verification.
Conduct new employee inductions and orientation programs.
Ensure proper documentation of new hires and maintain employee records.

4. Employer Branding

Promote the company’s employer brand on job portals and social media.
Support participation in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.

5. MIS & Reporting

Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with management.
Maintain data on cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and other key recruitment metrics.
