Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing:

  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.

  • Data Management:

  • Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality.
  • Update changes in salary structure, benefits, and deductions.

  • Coordination:

  • Liaise with HR for new hires, exits, and leave data.
  • Address employee payroll queries promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: MBA/MSW

Experience: 4 years to 6 years

Attendance & Leave Management,

SAP,ERP
