Responsibilities Assist in daily showroom operations and team coordination Ensure excellent customer service & handle customer queries Support sales targets and promotional activities Maintain product display, stock management, and billing supervision Handle staff scheduling and performance monitoring Ensure smooth functioning of the entire showroom Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail experience (Home appliance/furniture experience preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Customer-focused and target-driven attitude Ability to manage a team and deliver results Basic computer knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
