Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle & candidate evaluation. Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
