JOB RESPONSIBILITY : Fabric & Lining Sourcing: Coordinate with domestic suppliers for raw materials. Ensure quality compliance and timely delivery of materials as per brand specifications. Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and quality. Jobwork Coordination: Oversee and manage all jobwork activities. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of completed products. Address and resolve any production or quality issues that may arise during the jobwork process. Order Management: Manage the entire process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring all timelines are met for domestic orders. Track and report the status of ongoing orders, highlighting any delays or issues. Ensure the proper documentation is maintained for every order, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and manage common materials inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating with the warehouse team. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the quality standards set by Brand, conducting regular checks on materials and finished products. Coordinate with the quality control team to address any discrepancies or quality concerns. Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders. Communicate effectively with Brand teams to align on specifications, timelines, and requirements.

1. PROMOTING SAFETY CULTURE: Promote 'Safety culture' in the plant. Guide plant staff & ensure total compliance of HSE norms in the location. a. Disseminating EHS Policy of the respective of Companies and making the staff understand the significance of the same. Also support the HODs for ensuring the in-line compliances at site. b. Identifying and stopping unsafe act & conditions at locations share with end user for closer. c. Encourage near-miss accident reporting & ensure root cause analysis of the same at plant d. Ensuring that each person entering the plant are wearing the appropriate PPE as per appropriate job. e. Displaying the SOP for all operations at the respective workplace in local language in such way that it is very clearly visible & readable. f. Conducting safety campaign to engage in slogan contest. and by displaying 'safety Slogans/Do's & don't' at the plant g. Organizing Safety Quiz Contest among all staff in the plants h. Implementing 'Safety Suggestion' scheme encouraging all staff to provide implementable suggestions for enhancing safety in the plant. Best suggestions received from staff must be rewarded i. Safety Walk to be done on set intervals and all unsafe systems/ acts noticed by them are recorded and necessary actions are taken immediately ( i.e. Walk around management) 2. REVIEWING THE OPERATING PRACTICES TO ENSURE SAFETY: a. Ensure the plant adhere to 'Standard Operating Procedures' at all times while carrying out any activity in the plant. b. Maintain all necessary documentations related to EHS (SOP, job safety analysis, work permit, safety audits, minutes of safety committee meetings, results of safety quiz, fire training drills, calibration & testing of safety equipment's, safety slogan etc.), both in electronic form and physical form. c. Ensure that appropriate 'Work Permit System' is being followed at the plant for carrying out the work safely. Work permit must be issued shift wise and the conditions/ suggestions mentioned in the work permit must be explained in details to the contractor while issuing the work permit d. Safety Committee Meetings are conducted at the plant min. once in a quarter or as per local law and all suggestions received in the meeting are complied. e. Effective measures are taken by plant to implement 'Weekly Safety Talks/ Daily Tool Box meeting' at the plant. f. All staffs are well trained in handling emergencies and the firefighting system is in 'Auto' mode for 24X7.
