1. Daily basis So Closer for OFW and CFW
2. Daily basis deviation report for OFW and CFW
3. Production Plan Daily, weekly, monthly based brand deadlines
4. Coordination with production team for Daily Target.
5. Materials tracking for All 3 Sole Plant(IMVEVA,RUBBER & CM EVA)
6. Alignment with Brand planners for committed deliveries
7. Daily Operational plan Tracking of all Sole Plants
8. Sole Planning for Outside Venders.
9. Machine Capacities Working.
1. Ability to analyze production data
2. Capability to create and manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate
various production activities
3. To identify and resolve production related issues , like -material shortages, material delays
and extra material requirements for on time PO closure.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team
members, management, and Brands
5. Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines of product.
7. Ability to track and guide production teams to achieve production goals.
