Role & responsibilities:

  • Lateral and Campus Hiring for Replacement and New Positions
  • Understand the job requirements and preparing the job descriptions
  • Ensure that the joining process and induction is done for all new joinees
  • Handle all confirmations, transfers, promotions and contract renewals
  • Prepare MIS
  • Provide all the required assistance in performance management process
  • Actively participate in all Employee Engagement activities
  • Support HRIS Administration in providing timely inputs for HRIS implementation and data updation on run time basis
  • Salary Processing (timely payouts) of Onroll, Outsourced and Professionals
  • Ensure proper adherence of compliance of Labour Law
  • Benefits Administration of employees
  • Administration of 'Health Insurance Schemes' of the Company.
  • Organize workshops for Employee Benefits and establishing Employee helpdesk/sessions on various topics
  • Quarterly analysis & highlight the gaps, if any
  • Timely closure of HR Audit requirements
  • Act as a single point of contact for all audits pertaining to HR department
  • Timely settlement of claims with proper process adherence
  • Renew contracts for outsourced payroll vendors and other service providers. Ensure the best quality of services
