Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lateral and Campus Hiring for Replacement and New Positions
Understand the job requirements and preparing the job descriptions
Ensure that the joining process and induction is done for all new joinees
Handle all confirmations, transfers, promotions and contract renewals
Prepare MIS
Provide all the required assistance in performance management process
Actively participate in all Employee Engagement activities
Support HRIS Administration in providing timely inputs for HRIS implementation and data updation on run time basis
Salary Processing (timely payouts) of Onroll, Outsourced and Professionals
Ensure proper adherence of compliance of Labour Law
Benefits Administration of employees
Administration of 'Health Insurance Schemes' of the Company.
Organize workshops for Employee Benefits and establishing Employee helpdesk/sessions on various topics
Quarterly analysis & highlight the gaps, if any
Timely closure of HR Audit requirements
Act as a single point of contact for all audits pertaining to HR department
Timely settlement of claims with proper process adherence
Renew contracts for outsourced payroll vendors and other service providers. Ensure the best quality of services
