Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, and minutes.
  2. Drafting the Annual Report, including the Notice of AGM, Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report, CSR Report, and other related disclosures.
  3. Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, the rules made thereunder, and Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI.
  4. Ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
  5. Ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of SECC Regulations, 2018.
  6. Assisting in Secretarial, Internal, and Statutory audits.
  7. Assisting in SEBI audits.
  8. Preparing and circulating resolutions and informational notes.
  9. Preparing and filing e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
  10. Preparing and maintaining statutory secretarial records.
  11. Coordinating with various departments for data and documentation requirements.
