Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic National Sales Head to lead and expand our B2B Channel Sales operations for bond products. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in fixed-income sales, a robust network of channel partners, and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams across geographies.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership


Develop and execute a national-level B2B sales strategy for bond products across multiple channels: IFAs, wealth managers, NBFCs, financial institutions, and family offices.


Build and manage a high-performing regional sales team (zonal and state-level managers) to drive aggressive market penetration and revenue growth.


Own the sales funnel and performance metrics, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.


Channel Development & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture key B2B channel partners and institutional clients for bond distribution.
  • Drive partner enablement, training, and support programs to improve partner productivity and product understanding.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings and campaigns to partner needs.


Revenue & Business Development

  • Drive revenue through the distribution of high-yield corporate bonds, tax-free bonds, sovereign securities, and other debt products.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts, financial intermediaries, and enterprise clients.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI and RBI regulations related to bond distribution and client onboarding.


Team Building & Operational Excellence

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a pan-India sales team aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Implement sales processes, pipeline management systems (CRM), and reporting structures to drive visibility and accountability.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, market trends, and investor behavior to inform sales tactics and pricing strategy.


Key Requirements:


  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in fixed-income sales, preferably in B2B/Channel Sales in fintech, NBFCs, AMCs, or capital markets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of bond markets, debt instruments, and financial advisory channels.Deep relationships across wealth management firms, IFAs, NBFCs, private banks, and corporate treasuries.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Prior experience working in a fintech or digital bond distribution platform is highly desirable.
