Track key performance numbers for sales channels, like how fast inventory sells and which channel is most profitable. Plan and execute regular stock audits at our Dubai (DXB) and India retail stores to ensure inventory accuracy. 4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash position and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure we can meet our obligations. Improve working capital by efficiently managing inventory, collecting payments from debtors, and managing payments to creditors. Handle banking relationships and manage foreign currency requirements for importing materials. 5. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure the company follows all tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS).
