Job Description

As a Sales Director in the FMCG sector, you will be responsible for strategically working towards achieving and exceeding seasonal and annual sales targets. Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams across regions to deliver strong results. You will develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans. Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Identifying opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency, as well as collaborating with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory planning, will also be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across regions. - Develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans. - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events. - Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency. - Collaborate with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory planning. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing national sales operations in the FMCG sector. - Strong leadership qualities and a results-driven mindset. - Ability to build long-term customer relationships. - Knowledge of the incense industry (considered a strong advantage). - Strategic sales planning and execution skills. - Team leadership and performance management experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Deep understanding of FMCG trends and consumer behavior. - Proficiency in forecasting, sales planning, and revenue management. - Ability to attract, hire, and develop sales teams across regions. - Multilingual skills and computer literacy.
