Role Overview

The C/C# .Net Manager is responsible for providing technical assistance to team for troubleshooting the bugfixes, troubleshooting, and optimizing C/C# applications, ensuring seamless operation, performance, and availability of enterprise applications.

Required Technical Skills

🔹 Programming & Debugging: C, C++, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF🔹 API & Database Support: REST, SOAP, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework, Dapper🔹 Performance & Optimization: Profiling tools (PerfView, dotTrace, Visual Studio Profiler)🔹 Server & Deployment: IIS, Apache, Nginx, Windows Services, Docker, Kubernetes🔹 DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible🔹 Cloud & Monitoring: AWS, Azure, GCP, Splunk, ELK Stack, Dynatrace🔹 Security & Compliance: OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, SonarQube, Fortify, OWASP

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
  • Implement permanent solution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incidents.
  • Review existing solutions, identify opportunities for continuous improvements, and perform enhancements to systems.
  • Understand .NET & Cloud systems architecture with high customization and complex business process and recommend/implement scalable solutions.
  • Manage systems integrations to/from the application and assist in data transfers.
  • Work with infrastructure team to ensure the public cloud environment is tuned to optimum efficiency.
  • Manage SLAs and guide the team to triage, identify and recommend technical solutions for fixing issues and enhancements.
  • Collaborate and work with business and cross-functional teams to identify & implement effective solutions that automates and optimizes system performance and business processes, including scaling cloud-native applications.
  • Must be willing to work in shifts, provide hand-over to global teams, and provide on-call support during off-business hours.

Key Skills And Experience

7 - 12 years of relevant experience with following skillsets
  • Technology proficient in C#/.Net, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript
  • Experience working in Cloud-native application development and maintenance (Azure)
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON)
  • Knowledge of working in CI/CD, build automation tools, and Git.
  • Experience working in Managed services environment providing application support, with strong knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) process including incident, request, and problem management.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Must possess good communication skills and experience working with client teams.
  • Experience in Azure cloud development is preferred.
  • Experience working in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the finance, mortgage and legal applications is a plus.
