Position Summary
Level:
Senior ConsultantAs an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.
- Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management Solutions , Cloud Enablement (Cloud Based End-point Computing Infrastructure and Desktop Management)
- Experience in leading mid to large scale M365 implementations which include Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and One Drive for Business
- Experience and understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Windows AutoPilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Experience with industry unified endpoint management solutions hosted on-premise or cloud
- Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Teams
- Experience working with Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio
- Configuration experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Directory Services
- Configuration and Upgrade experience of Operating Systems (Windows 10, Linux)
- Understanding of Windows Defender and Azure Advanced Threat Protection
- Knowledge of Desktop as a Service and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMC on AWS, AWS Workspaces, Azure VMware Solution, Azure Virtual Desktop, XenApp, XenDesktop)
- Knowledge and experience in delivery of cloud computing (hybrid, public, community, and private) based solutions
- Ability to engineer, build, and test solutions to achieve optimum throughput and required reliability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration with the M365 suite.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel. Macro coding skills a plus
- Experience in assisting senior leadership team to design technology, develop current and future state landscapes, and develop overall solution strategy
- Knowledge of incident and change management tools
- Knowledge of industry leading practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and service availability throughout the system life cycle
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory implementations
- PowerShell scripting development skills

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and , Azure Virtual Desktop
- 6+ years of experience with Modern Workplace solutions (Microsoft 365)
- 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience and large scale, enterprise class consulting or systems integration experience
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory implementations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Understanding of Application and other infrastructure monitoring tools
- Understanding of end-to-end infrastructure landscape
- Strong knowledge on designing and Implementing Microsoft O365
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
- Designing and implementing the critical path for an Active Directory migration
- Microsoft O365 tenant to tenant migration processes and leading practices
- Knowledgeable on moving on-premise workloads to Azure.
- Hands on migration experience
- MDM / MAM experience and best practice
- Microsoft Teams and SharePoint migration experience
- Application packaging for MECM or Microsoft Intune
Education:
- B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
