About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist with a strong background in planning and implementing marketing initiatives, particularly for SaaS products. This role involves driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving product-market fit through innovative, data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of strategic planning, execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize profitability and market share while maintaining consistency across all marketing efforts.
What You Need For This Position
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a product company (experience with SaaS products is highly preferred).
- Experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of managing comprehensive strategies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Content Management Systems.
- Strong grasp of market research techniques, data analysis, & statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement forward-thinking marketing strategies tailored to SaaS products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product lifecycle goals.
- Identify and prioritize target audience segments to drive engagement, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks to position products competitively in the market.
- Conduct comprehensive research to uncover industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights for differentiation.
- Plan and execute data-driven demand generation initiatives across digital, email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Focus on lead nurturing, customer retention, and reducing churn through targeted campaigns.
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative and content teams.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), etc.
- Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and successful product launches.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting on expenditures and ROI to justify investments.
- Stay updated on emerging SaaS marketing tools, techniques, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Experiment with innovative marketing strategies and share advancements with the team to foster continuous learning and adaptation.
