AI Engineer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, looking to apply their skills in llm, rag, gpt, and llama within a dynamic work environment. With an experience range of 3-5 years, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing AI models that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI models using core skills such as llm, rag, gpt, and llama.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate AI solutions that meet those needs.
Stay abreast of developments in AI technologies and continuously evaluate them for potential application within our projects.
Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be leveraged through AI.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems while adhering to best practices in data security and privacy.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on AI-related projects.
Troubleshoot complex issues arising during the development lifecycle of AI models.

Required Skills

Expertise in LLM Finetuning
Expertise in artificial intelligence methodologies with specific skills in llm, rag, gpt, and llama.
Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages used in AI development.
Demonstrated experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles relevant to AI.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
