Job Description

Product Designer — MOPID
AI-powered recruitment SaaS | Bengaluru
Why this role mattersMOPID automates hiring, from candidate discovery to interview scheduling, using generative AI. Design is the glue that makes this power usable; you will own that glue.

What You Will Do

  • Ship end-to-end flows: for recruiters and candidates across web + mobile.
  • Prototype fast, iterate faster: use data and usability tests to kill weak ideas early.
  • Define & evolve the design system (Figma) for consistency at scale.
  • Pair with PMs & engineers to take features from PRD → production in weeks, not quarters.
  • Make AI feel human: clarify prompts, results, and states so users always know “what’s next”.
  • Measure impact: funnel conversion, task completion time, NPS. If it doesn’t move a metric, we re-design.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 yrs B2B SaaS product-design experience; HR-Tech a bonus, not a must.
  • A portfolio showing ownership of complex workflows or dashboards (link required).
  • Mastery of Figma + modern hand-off tools; bonus for tokens-based systems.
  • Comfort running lean user research - from interview scripts to usability tests.
  • Fluency with HTML/CSS concepts to speak dev’s language; no coding required.
  • Startup mindset: bias for action, low ego, high feedback velocity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Shipped features using LLM or ML outputs.
  • Experience designing for multi-locale interfaces.
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG 2.1+) in enterprise apps.
  • Experience designing agentic UIs (autonomous AI-driven or conversational workflows)
