Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Design

    end-to-end marketing strategies

    aligned with revenue, growth, and brand objectives
  • Translate business goals into

    clear go-to-market plans

    , funnels, and campaigns
  • Define

    TAM / SAM / SOM

    , positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Build quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with measurable KPIs.

Growth & Performance:

  • Own and optimize

    funnels

    (awareness conversion retention)
  • Drive performance across

    paid, organic, partnerships, creators, and community

  • Track and improve

    CAC, CPL, LTV, ROI, retention, and conversion rates

  • Run experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, messaging, creatives).

Execution Leadership:

  • Work with content, design, performance, product, and tech teams
  • Brief teams clearly and ensure

    strategy is executed as intended

  • Review creatives, campaigns, and copy from a

    strategic lens

    , not just aesthetics
  • Ensure consistent brand and message across channels.

Data, Analytics & Insights:

  • Build and interpret dashboards (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, CRM, BI tools)
  • Turn data into

    decisions

    , not reports
  • Identify what to

    scale, fix, or kill

    based on evidence.

Market & Customer Intelligence:

  • Research customer behavior, pain points, and buying psychology
  • Analyze competitors and market shifts
  • Continuously refine ICPs, personas, and value propositions.

Required Skills & Experience(Must-Have):

  • 6 - 10+ years in

    marketing strategy, growth, or performance marketing

  • Proven experience owning

    strategy + results

    , not just execution
  • Strong understanding of

    funnels, attribution, and unit economics

  • Experience with

    B2B, B2C, or marketplace models

    (at least one deeply)
  • Ability to explain complex strategy in

    simple, actionable terms.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Marketing automation & email tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content, and conversion optimization.
