Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Marketing Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, and revenue. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative insight to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Define target audiences, buyer personas, and customer journeys
• Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, performance, offline)
• Collaborate with performance marketing, content, design, and sales teams
• Set KPIs, budgets, and timelines for marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data insights
• Identify growth opportunities and new marketing channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
• Prepare strategy decks, reports, and presentations for leadership
