Job Overview: As a Client Relationship Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact between the firm and its clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between clients and legal teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, or in-person) Manage and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring regular follow-ups and addressing concerns Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure timely delivery of services Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Schedule client meetings and manage appointments Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining services and processes Collect feedback and relay client needs and preferences to management Support business development initiatives and client retention strategies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing or similar field) 1–3 years of experience in client handling, preferably in legal or professional services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality Immediate availability to join What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a reputed legal firm Exposure to corporate legal matters and client interaction Supportive and professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Client relation: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
