Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital and offline marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales through targeted campaigns. The role requires strong expertise across SEO, content creation (including video), email marketing, social media marketing, design, and event management, with a solid track record in managing vendor sponsorships and partnerships.

Preference will be given to female candidates. Applicants must be from Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and content marketing to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, website audits, backlink strategies, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush or similar.
  • Design marketing creatives including web banners, posters, social media graphics, flyers, and event collaterals using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
  • Create and manage content across formats including blogs, case studies, web copy, email content, social media posts, reels/short videos, and basic promotional video content.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates) using platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar, including list management and campaign analytics.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and others if needed) through content planning, scheduling, engagement, paid promotions, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate and handle events such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and partner events, including planning, logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with vendors, partners, and sponsors; create sponsorship proposals and manage end-to-end sponsorship relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, leadership, and technical teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals, service offerings, and target audience.
  • Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign performance; recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials, ensuring professional, accurate, and engaging communication.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven work in SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, content creation, and event handling.
  • Demonstrated experience in arranging and managing vendor sponsorships and partner collaborations.
  • Experience working in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, technology services, or B2B environment will be an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (3-year program) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Technical & Marketing Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical basics), keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform tools) and experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Good design skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools for creating marketing assets.
  • Experience in video content creation: basic scripting, short-form video creation (reels, shorts), basic editing
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) for updating content and landing pages.
  • Strong command of English for writing clear, compelling, and error-free content.
  • Good understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills for vendor and sponsorship management.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be from Rajasthan (Jaipur preferred or willing to relocate to Jaipur).
  • Strong interest in technology/cybersecurity domain marketing is a plus.
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours during events, launches, or critical campaigns.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves close coordination with leadership, sales, and technical teams, and occasional interaction with external vendors, sponsors, and event partners. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-focused.

  • Links to campaigns, pages, or social media profiles you have managed (if possible).
