About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Marketing Manager
who will drive strategic marketing initiatives, lead demand generation, support business strategy, and act as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role combines strategic thinking, marketing operations, branding, and executive support, contributing directly to business growth and brand positioning.Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Strategic & Field Marketing
- Drive demand creation through structured lead generation and qualification (MQL → SQL) and track the lifecycle of all leads.
- Enhance market awareness, customer satisfaction, and business growth through structured marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and prepare data-driven recommendations for leadership.
- Monitor competitors, analyse industry trends, and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Develop storytelling-driven strategy presentations and strong visual communication assets.
- Business Strategy & CEO Support
- Support the GKSC strategic planning process and align with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as Executive Assistant to the CEO, including business presentation creation, strategy communication, representation at industry forums, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Assist in business strategy formulation and execution monitoring.
- Marketing Operations & Branding
- Implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
- Create installed-base marketing initiatives to enhance customer retention and advocacy.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across targeted verticals.
- Strengthen brand imagery and digital presence through visually impactful communication.
- Build partnerships, alliances, and ensure GKSC presence in relevant forums, events, and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global shared services (Digital Experience, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications).
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and SCA marketing teams to drive unified initiatives.
- Enable sales teams with marketing assets to accelerate the customer buying journey.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and ensure structured lead & opportunity management.
- High-Level KRAs
- Drive digital-first strategy for demand generation
- Product portfolio management & communication
- Strengthen brand awareness and advocacy across platforms

Requisite Qualification
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Computer / E&TC / IT) OR MBA – Marketing (Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, PR)
Experience
: 10+ years of B2B solutions marketing & sales experienceRequisite Experience
Essential
- Experience in strategic, digital, or experiential marketing
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, heavy engineering, consulting, media, or advertising
- Proven ability to plan and implement marketing strategies across multiple locations
- Experience interacting with senior decision-makers across functions
Preferred
- 10+ years leading digital marketing, exhibitions, branding, PR, and lead generation (MQL→SQL)
- Strong presentation skills and content writing capabilities
- Ability to understand new technologies and apply them to targeted segments
