**Job Description:** As a regional Lead at Rockwell Automation, you will be the strategic partner and growth enabler for the Software & Control portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, SWC Software, and based in Gurgaon, India, you will work in a hybrid mode. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the annual SWC portfolio marketing plan in partnership with the Business Unit management and field marketing teams to support the AP and subregion strategic growth priorities, focusing on ROI, Rockwell Automation brand strengthening, and accelerating customer decision-making/buying process. - Define metrics to measure Return on investment for all marketing activities and monitor regional market trends and competitive landscape for identifying market opportunities and growth areas. - Support goal agreement and collaboration between BU leaders, Field Marketing, and sales on the execution of portfolio activities including programs and launches. - Collaborate with the global portfolio marketing team in global portfolio programs planning to support AP business objectives, get alignment on results, and lead program execution in AP. - Plan, develop, and lead the execution of integrated AP focused portfolio marketing programs to drive revenue growth. - Drive effective product launches through proper launch process and stakeholder management. - Plan and drive implementation of all portfolio market campaigns, programs, and launches as per the marketing plan, ensuring adherence to budget, and performing ROI analysis on all marketing activities. - Maintain regular engagement with AP BU stakeholders for marketing plan alignment and buy-in. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in marketing/Business Management/Engineering or equivalent. - 10 or more years of experience and 6 to 8 years of B-to-B marketing experience in the technology or software industry. - Track record of effective collaboration across multiple business functions and leading cross-functional teams. - Proficient in project management to manage projects proficiently, efficiently, and with full accountability for project results. - Understanding of marketing infrastructure requirements, including marketing automation, digital and social marketing, business intelligence, and analytics. - Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on marketing plans. *Note: Omitted the section "What We Offer" as it contains information on benefits and not directly related to the job description.*,
