Key Responsibilities
AI Integration & Efficiency Innovation (Core Foundation)
- Integrate AI tools into marketing workflows to increase
speed, accuracy, consistency, and conversion performance
. - Use AI for
audience research, segmentation refinement, funnel diagnostics, predictive analytics, conversion forecasting
, and reporting. - Automate repetitive processes related to campaign setup, optimization checks, reporting, and QA.
Optimize team structure, roles, and responsibilities based on new automations that enhance campaign execution and conversion outcomes.
- Pilot AI tools that improve
ad targeting, creative performance, email engagement, and funnel efficiency

Cultivate a culture of AI-powered experimentation and performance improvement.
Marketing Strategy, Campaign & Launch Leadership
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies with a core focus on
conversion optimization, audience growth, and funnel performance
. - Build
AI-informed launch roadmaps
, using insights to shape messaging arcs, segmentation strategies, and conversion paths. - Run end-to-end campaign execution with continuous optimization loops using
A/B tests, AI-generated insights, and predictive analytics
. - Establish clear KPIs for every launch including
conversion rate, cost per lead, lead quality, ROAS, retention
, and engagement. - Work closely with Ads to improve
targeting accuracy, creative testing, retargeting flows, and scaling strategies
using AI tools.
Conduct post-launch analyses to identify conversion drivers, performance gaps, and future opportunities.
Team Leadership, KPIs & Performance Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on
execution excellence and measurable conversions
. - Set KPIs tied directly to
- Build a performance dashboard that shows
funnel metrics, audience behavior, drop-off points, conversion trends, and revenue contribution
. - Host weekly performance reviews and apply insights to optimize creative output, funnel flow, communication timing, and campaign pacing.
AI-assisted marketing
Analytics, Insights & Continuous Optimization
- Champion a data-first culture using KPIs to shape decisions, creative direction, and campaign adjustments.
- Use AI tools to analyze
conversion barriers, funnel performance, lead quality, and customer behavior patterns
. - Deliver executive summaries that highlight
conversion insights, ROI metrics, optimization recommendations, and predictive signals
. - Continuously refine messaging, creative formats, pacing, and channel selection to improve conversion outcomes.
Leverage AI to prototype A/B tests, diagnose funnel weaknesses, refine audience targeting, and forecast demand.
Content & Channel Strategy
- Build content strategies optimized for
reach, engagement, and conversions across all channels
. - Ensure all messaging aligns with the campaigns conversion goals and follows an intentional narrative flow.
- Use AI-assisted tools for brainstorming, drafting, SEO optimization, audience testing, and performance prediction.
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm shifts to refine
conversion-oriented content formats

Required Skills & Experience
Strong enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies with the ability to use these tools to improve conversions, streamline workflows, and enhance campaigns.
- Recently completed a Marketing/Business MBA (56 years) with coursework or experience in digital marketing, analytics, or strategic communication.
- Clear experience (internship or project work) in
campaign planning, audience segmentation, funnel-based marketing, or conversion optimization
. - Ability to learn and use CRM/automation tools, analytics dashboards, and AI systems quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset: experience interpreting metrics, assessing funnel stages, and identifying conversion levers.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Early leadership potential and comfort taking ownership of projects with measurable outcomes.
- Structured thinking, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact campaigns.
