Role Summary

Performance Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy, Setup & Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (with a focus on YouTube), Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Own campaigns from start to finish in collaboration with business stakeholders and the internal marketing team to align on goals, audience targeting, funnel strategy, and outcomes.
  • Work with design/media team to request, review, and implement effective ad creatives.
  • Maintain accurate timelines, dependencies, and status updates in

    Monday.com

    to ensure clear project visibility.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize performance tracking using tools like

    GA4

    ,

    ClickMagick

    , and

    Looker Studio

    .
  • ClickMagick experience is a

    plus

    ; if not familiar,

    you must be willing to learn and fully adopt ownership of the tool and its reporting outputs

    .
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, recommended actions, and performance summaries tied to business goals.

AI Tools & Performance Efficiency

  • Research and integrate AI tools for creative generation (e.g., AdCreative.ai, Pencil), campaign testing, or performance prediction.
  • Recommend and implement automation and scaling tools to improve ROAS and reduce manual workload.

Performance Optimization & Scaling

  • Actively manage and improve metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and audience conversion.
  • Optimize ad spend across platforms and recommend new audience segments, funnel approaches, or retargeting strategies to meet business growth goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years

    of hands-on experience managing campaigns on

    Google Ads (including YouTube)

    and

    Meta Ads

    .
  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Ads

    is required.
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, bid strategies, retargeting, and funnel design.
  • Experience using or willingness to adopt

    ClickMagick

    as a primary tracking tool.
  • High proficiency with

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    and dashboarding tools like

    Looker Studio

    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Familiarity with project tracking in

    Monday.com

    or similar PM tools.
  • Interest in spirituality, transformation, or education-related campaigns is a plus.
