About Us Unmeshed is an early-stage startup on a mission to democratize the power of Agentic AI. Our orchestration platform empowers enterprises and developers to build, manage, and deploy sophisticated AI workflows and autonomous agents. We have a product that users love, but now we need to tell the world. That’s where you come in. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to own the marketing function and build our go-to-market strategy. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand voice, driving top-of-funnel awareness, and building a community of passionate developers and enterprise users. You will work directly with the founders to translate our product's technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities 1. Awareness & Community Building: Develop and execute a content strategy that establishes Unmeshed as a thought leader in the AI orchestration and agentic AI space. Create and distribute high-value educational content: technical blog posts, tutorials, case studies, and video content for YouTube and Reddit. Build and manage our presence on key social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord) to engage with the developer and AI community. Plan and execute awareness campaigns targeting university students, researchers, and early-adopter developers in the tech community. 2. Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Develop and run performance marketing campaigns (paid social, search, content syndication) to drive qualified traffic to our website and playground. Build and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates) to engage our audience and convert leads into active users. Work with sales (likely the founders initially) to ensure a smooth handoff of marketing- qualified leads (MQLs) and develop content for sales enablement. 3. Product Marketing: Develop a deep understanding of our product, our users, and the competitive landscape (e.g., n8n, Dify, Langflow, Zapier). Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates us in the market. Demonstrate exceptional trend-jacking skills by identifying emerging tech themes (new model releases, AI agent experiments), and rapidly creating relevant content, use cases, and demos using our platform. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, focusing on high-ROI activities. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in a full-funnel marketing role, preferably at a B2B SaaS or developer-focused tech startup. Hands-on experience with key marketing tools (e.g., CRM like HubSpot/Apollo, analytics like Google Analytics, email platforms, social media management). Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. You see a problem, you propose a solution, you execute. A genuine passion for AI and developer tools. You’re excited about the space and are eager to learn and talk about it.
