What You Will Do

• Lead the overall brand and marketing strategy for ChQMe across digital ecosystems
• Build a strong, differentiated brand presence and ensure consistent positioning
• Drive high-performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging channels
• Own funnel performance end-to-end — strategy, creatives, landing pages, and optimization
• Oversee content direction and ensure high-quality output across social, website, videos, and brand stories
• Lead storytelling for product experiences, brand partnerships and customer narratives
• Build and scale lead-generation engines that directly contribute to revenue
• Partner closely with Business, Operations and Partnerships to align marketing with growth goals
• Track and manage key performance metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversions) with accountability for outcomes
• Run experiments, test new channels, and implement continuous optimization for growth

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of deep, hands-on experience in digital marketing & brand building
• Proven ability to plan, execute and scale performance campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
• Strong strategic understanding of brand building, positioning and digital ecosystems
• Expertise in funnels, CRO, landing pages and performance analytics
• Strong command over content direction, video storytelling and digital communication
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• High ownership, leadership mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Startup-ready: fast execution, adaptability and a bias for outcomes over activity
