Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision:

Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and positions as a leader in the B2B SaaS space.

Drive initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate leads from global tech companies.

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns with clear KPIs, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and sales enablement efforts.


• Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand, engagement, and conversion across key buyer personas.

Ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns, with a strong focus on messaging consistency, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts and enterprise clients.


• Growth Marketing:

Own the growth marketing funnel from awareness through acquisition and retention, with a data-driven approach to testing and optimization.

Utilise performance marketing, retargeting, and marketing automation strategies to scale lead generation and nurture qualified leads.

Leverage marketing analytics to experiment, iterate, and double down on high-performing strategies.


• Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a diverse team of SEO specialists, email marketers, content writers, designers, and social media experts.

Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company’s vision.


• SEO Strategy:

Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to optimize our digital presence and drive organic traffic to our website.

Monitor and analyse SEO performance, implementing adjustments to improve rankings and visibility.


• Email Marketing Management:

Design and oversee targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and engaging clients.

Track and analyse email performance metrics to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.


• Content Development Oversight:

Coordinate with content writers to create compelling, high-quality content tailored for our Tech audience and global platforms.

Ensure that content strategies align with overall marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.


• Design Leadership:

Work with designers to produce visually impactful marketing materials that reinforce our brand identity.

Ensure consistency across all digital and print collateral.


• Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage audiences and promote our services on relevant platforms.

Analyse social media metrics to gauge effectiveness and refine approaches as needed.


• Website Management:

Oversee content development for our tech website, ensuring that all materials are informative, engaging, and aligned with our marketing goals.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.


• Market Insights & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the SaaS and tech sectors.

Utilize data analytics to measure campaign success and provide insights for continuous improvement.


• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business needs and client expectations.

Engage with external partners and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.


Education & Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on SaaS and technology sectors.

Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams and driving campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Manages organic content performance to robust reporting and forecasting goals for website engagement, social media followership

Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting

Track the ROI of paid channels and report to marketing leadership and other executives.

Oversee the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development in accordance with overall brand growth plans.

Expertise in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media strategy, and digital analytics.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
