Marketing Director

You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes planning and optimizing SEO/SEM campaigns to boost website rankings and organic traffic. Additionally, you will create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting keyword research, optimizing content for search engines, and collaborating with designers, content creators, and developers for marketing and website materials are essential tasks. You will also manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and performance measurement, and stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and possess strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media marketing. Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and effectively manage multiple projects are also essential for this role.
