Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership
• Define and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
• Brand Management
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Campaigns & Growth
• Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, etc.).
• Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Manage budgets and measure ROI of marketing activities.
• Market Insights
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Digital & Innovation
• Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, etc.).
• Leverage analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies and trends.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
