We need to recruit a marketing intern for our marketing projects as detailed below: Project - Optimizing Offline Customer Engagement: Insights from Seminars & Exhibitions & competitive benchmarking Duration - 2 months starting form 1st July, 2025 Stipend - INR 20K ($235) per month Overview To deepen our understanding of potential customers encountered at offline touchpoints, specifically customer seminars and exhibitions and a focused competitive benchmarking analysis within the events landscape. The objective is to gain valuable insights into attendee demographics, industry-specific trends, and their motivations for attending and also to identify best practices, strategic gaps, and emerging trends. This project will culminate in data-backed recommendations for refining our event strategy, including the optimal flow/sequence of events and content delivery , to significantly improve the customer experience and ultimately enhance lead quality and conversion from these channels. The offline touchpoints offer unique opportunities to engage with potential customers, demonstrate our solutions, and build relationships face-to-face. However, we need a more granular understanding of who attends these events, what they seek, and how their experience can be optimized from entry to follow-up. Our hypothesis is that by systematically analyzing attendee profiles, their journey through our events, and their immediate feedback, we can design more impactful and conversion-driven offline engagements. This project will provide critical insights to maximize the return on our event investments and foster stronger, more qualified customer relationships. Also, it will deliver a strategic blueprint, enabling us to refine our event calendar, optimize event design, and solidify our market presence through superior event experiences.
