Location: On-site - North Goa, India

We are entering a growth phase where branding, storytelling, and thought leadership will be critical to winning large-scale projects. To drive this vision, we are hiring a Marketing Lead who will define and lead our global marketing strategy.


Role Overview

The Marketing Lead will own all aspects of brand, content, and communications across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic direction with execution excellence, from reshaping corporate decks and case studies to managing thought leadership campaigns for leadership at major conferences.

You will build and scale HLL’s marketing function to ensure we are recognised as a premium partner in AI-driven transformation, enterprise consulting, and talent augmentation.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Corporate Narrative

  • Redesign company decks, website content, brochures, and case studies with a strong focus on industry-specific storytelling (enterprise, government, fintech, AI, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms: website, events, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop creative campaigns that highlight HLL’s AI, analytics, and data transformation capabilities.

2. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build an always-on content engine across LinkedIn, blogs, podcasts, and industry platforms.
  • Partner with leadership to craft and publish insight-driven articles, whitepapers, and playbooks.
  • Establish and grow HLL’s inbound marketing pipeline via SEO, digital PR, and editorial contributions.

3. Executive & Event Branding

  • Manage personal branding for leadership (CEO, partners) at conferences, events, and in publications.
  • Design thought-leadership campaigns around major industry events (Money 20/20, ITC, HLTH, etc.).
  • Develop creative assets for podcasts, video interviews, and event collateral.

4. Demand Generation & Outbound Marketing

  • Lead ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives targeting enterprise and government clients.
  • Create tailored outreach decks, case studies, and campaigns for high-value prospects.
  • Drive consistency in sales enablement material used by the BD and delivery teams.

5. Team & Vendor Management

  • Build and lead a small internal marketing team (content, design, digital).
  • Manage external partners/agencies for PR, design, and production as needed.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs (brand awareness, inbound leads, engagement).


Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in marketing, ideally in B2B tech, consulting, or enterprise SaaS/AI services.
  • Proven track record in building thought-leadership brands and producing enterprise-grade marketing collateral.
  • Strong grasp of AI/data science/enterprise tech trends and ability to translate them into compelling stories.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (must be able to ghostwrite for leadership).
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social, PR).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-driven, global consulting environment.
