Role Description

This is a contract Senior Business Analyst role located on-site in Dubai. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. The Business Analyst in the Pension domain plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that pension administration systems, processes, and regulatory frameworks are optimized for performance and compliance. With over five years of experience, this professional is expected to lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement across pension trust, retirement services, or fund management environments. Pension industry will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Business Process analysis in Pension area (DB/DC/any Pension products)
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMP, IERB, CSPO are beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
