Role Description

This is a role for an Application Security Engineer at Hyper Lychee Labs, located in Pune. The Application Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications by conducting security assessments, implementing security controls, and monitoring for potential security threats. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities and enhance the overall security posture of our applications. This role will need onsite travel to Dubai for atleast 3 months

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting security assessments and implementing security controls
• Knowledge of application security best practices and common security vulnerabilities
• Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
•  The ideal candidate is well-versed in OWASP Top 10, has hands-on experience with security testing tools, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
