Role Description This is a contract Senior Business Analyst role located on-site in Dubai. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. The Business Analyst in the Pension domain plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that pension administration systems, processes, and regulatory frameworks are optimized for performance and compliance. With over five years of experience, this professional is expected to lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement across pension trust, retirement services, or fund management environments. Pension industry will be preferred. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise Strong Communication skills Experience in Business Process analysis in Pension area (DB/DC/any Pension products) Ability to gather and document Business Requirements Experience with project management methodologies is a plus Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMP, IERB, CSPO are beneficial. Role Description This is a role for an Application Security Engineer at Hyper Lychee Labs, located in Pune. The Application Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications by conducting security assessments, implementing security controls, and monitoring for potential security threats. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities and enhance the overall security posture of our applications. This role will need onsite travel to Dubai for atleast 3 months Qualifications Experience in conducting security assessments and implementing security controls Knowledge of application security best practices and common security vulnerabilities Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus The ideal candidate is well-versed in OWASP Top 10, has hands-on experience with security testing tools, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
