As the Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Executive , youll be the cornerstone of our total rewards operations ensuring salary structures, benefits, and payroll processes are smooth, compliant, and continuously improving. Key Responsibilities Compensation Management Assist in building and maintaining structured salary bands , variable pay models , and incentive structures . Conduct regular market benchmarking to keep our pay competitive and equitable. Collaborate with HRBPs and department leads during performance appraisal and compensation review cycles.
