Purpose of Role: To support the Endpoint Security team in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint protection platforms across IT and business systems. Key Responsibilities: Monitor endpoint protection dashboards (EDR/antivirus/patching tools) and escalate alerts to senior engineers. Assist in ensuring timely patch management and signature updates across endpoints Perform basic troubleshooting of endpoint agents (installation failures, connectivity issues). Support investigation of malware detections by collecting logs and preparing case notes. Maintain inventory records of endpoint devices onboarded into security platforms. Assist in preparing reports on endpoint compliance status (AV updates, patch posture). Participate in incident response activities as first-line support, escalating high-severity issues. Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of endpoint protection technologies (AV, EDR, DLP, disk encryption). Familiarity with malware types, phishing, and common endpoint threats. Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system fundamentals. Exposure to SIEM log monitoring or basic scripting (Python/PowerShell) is desirable. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field. 2-5 years of IT security or system administration experience. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Developer Immediate Joiner at Pineswift Technologies. Key Requirement: Urgency: Must be able to join within 15 days Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience: 3-6 years of experience in frontend development (Angular) Required Skills: Angular, JS frameworks and UI development Excellent knowledge of hand-coded HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Strong experience with typescript, bootstrap, Angular CLI, NPM, Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences Experience using fluid grids, and building responsive/adaptive websites using Bootstrap etc. Hands-on experience working with client-side templating languages like Handlebars, Mustache etc. Familiarity of working with frontend build systems and automating the same using Grunt / Gulp is a plus Familiarity of working with TDD in JS with the help of frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, Karma etc is a plus Hands-on experience working with server-side JavaScript frameworks based on Node.js is a big plus Good verbal and written communication skills.
