Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing market planning and managing overall marketing strategies to support the company’s objectives. Core tasks include conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing marketing and sales teams, and driving brand awareness through targeted strategies. Collaboration with editorial and digital teams will also be integral to achieving business goals.

• Experience in Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing strategies.
• Proven skills in Marketing Management and overseeing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Strategies to support revenue generation and growth.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for campaign tracking and analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in digital media or content-driven organizations is a plus.
