Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Development, and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Lead sales presentations, client pitches, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market changes to identify potential areas for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
• Mentor and guide the sales/business development team to achieve KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Development / Sales within Digital Marketing, SEO, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and close high-value deals.
• Leadership experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
