Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and source leads through multiple channels — online research, databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and market intelligence tools. Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline across target segments and geographies.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify leads. Prepare and manage structured cadences for follow-up and nurture activities to convert leads into meetings and qualified opportunities.
- Account Research & Mapping: Research and map target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and organizational structures. Gather intelligence on company needs, market trends, and buying signals to personalize outreach.
- Outreach Execution & Optimization: Design and execute personalized outreach strategies, testing messaging, cadence, and timing to improve conversion rates. Track engagement metrics and continuously refine tactics based on performance data.
- Marketing Support & Collateral: Assist in creating sales and marketing materials — presentations, brochures, case studies, and campaign content — that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Market & Industry Research: Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new market opportunities. Summarize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain detailed records in CRM tools, tracking leads, conversions, and outreach performance. Generate periodic reports and insights to guide strategy improvements.
- Creative Marketing Contributions: Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, events, or digital initiatives. Bring a creative mindset to content, messaging, and visual presentation that captures audience attention.
- Organization & Execution: Maintain discipline in lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting. Ensure CRM accuracy and effective task management to achieve consistent pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Some business development experience via internships, etc.
- Highly creative and resourceful, with the ability to generate fresh marketing and outreach ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to identify high value leads and prioritize effectively.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by measurable outcomes.
