Experience : Minimum of 7-20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role. Technical Skills : Proficient in financial management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel. Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial analysis. Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
