Prepare cash flow forecasts, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.iimjobs.com Accounting & Compliance Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all legal financial obligations.iimjobs.com Internal Controls & Risk Management Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure accurate financial records. Ensure the integrity of financial data in the ERP system. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 7-20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role. Technical Skills : Proficient in financial management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel. Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial analysis. Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
