Manager Accounts and Finance

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Manager for our group company to own statutory compliances, monthly/quarterly reporting, audit support, and multi‑site consolidation-including for overseas subsidiaries. You’ll also build and maintain financial models that inform budgeting, forecasting, funding decisions, and performance tracking, with responsibilities extending to international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure GST & Income Tax compliance and accurate filing.
• Prepare quarterly financials.
• Annual financial statement preparation.
• Assist with audits and resolve related queries.
• Produce monthly MIS reports with actionable insights.
• Liaise with site accounts for timely closing of books.
• Integrate all site accounts and finalize the trial balance.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluation.

Key Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on expertise in GST & Income Tax compliance, financial statements, and audit support.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel.
