Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. 2. Ensure compliance with TDS regulations, including deductions, deposits, and returns. 3. Handle GST-related tasks, including registrations, returns, payments, and compliance. 4. Liaise with government authorities, respond to notices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 5. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Requirements: 1. M.Com / ICWA or equivalent qualification. 2. Proven experience in finance and accounts management. 3. Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements. Profile : Tender Executive Company: Neccon Power Job & Responsibilities Tender Identification & Analysis: Search and monitor online and offline portals for relevant tender opportunities, and analyze tender documents to evaluate business fit and requirements. Documentation & Preparation: Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., technical, finance, legal) to collect necessary information and compile comprehensive technical and commercial bid documents. Submission Management: Ensure all tender documents are accurate, compliant with tender requirements, and submitted on time, whether through online platforms or physical submission. Compliance & Records: Maintain organized records of all tender submissions, ensure all required certifications and registrations are up-to-date, and manage post-submission documentation, clarifications, and addendums. Liaison & Follow-Up: Serve as a liaison with clients and stakeholders, prepare responses to pre-bid queries, and follow up on the status of submitted tenders and related contract processes. Project Management: Track and manage tender timelines effectively, using project management techniques to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
