The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing the supply chain process, overseeing logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and handling inventory management. 🔧 Core Responsibilities:
🔄 Independently manage end-to-end logistics operations across inbound
, in-plant, and outbound
logistics functions for manufacturing units.🚚 Ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to multiple locations (B2B
and project sites).📥 Oversight of transport management, including vendor empanelment, freight rate negotiations, route optimization,
and transporter performance monitoring.📑 Generation and validation of all statutory and logistics documentation—E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, Invoices, Packing Slips, LR copies, GRNs, etc.
🧾 Ensure GST compliance, inter/intra-state logistics documentation, and legal
adherence per transport regulations.🏷️ Maintain strict control over inventory movements, warehouse binning, GRN
tagging, and real-time stock reconciliation.🏗️ Liaise with production, QA/QC, procurement
, and warehouse teams to align dispatches with production plans and delivery schedules.🔍 Conduct regular logistics audits, verify vehicle compliance (RC, insurance, pollution),
and ensure zero non-compliance during internal/external audits.📊 Prepare and present daily/weekly logistics MIS covering transit time analysis, freight spend, delivery accuracy, stock ageing, and return logistics.
🔁 Coordinate and resolve issues pertaining to reverse logistics, damage claims, replacement cycles, and route bottlenecks.🖥️ Operate ERP platforms (SAP/MM Module, Oracle, Tally)
for seamless data flow in logistics & inventory transactions.🧮 Continuously drive cost optimization initiatives across warehousing, packaging, and transportation.🔍 Desired Candidate Profile:
🎓 Graduation is mandatory (Any Stream). Candidates with Diploma/PG in Logistics, SCM, or Operations Management will be preferred.✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in core logistics operations
within a manufacturing/engineering organization.⚙️ Proficient in ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle), advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS dashboards),
and logistics automation tools.📚 In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, freight costing, warehouse workflows, statutory logistics norms, and 3PL coordination.🤝 Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a sense of urgency and operational ownership.📍 Preference to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Okhla Industrial Area / South Delhi Zone.📌 Why Join Us:
