Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Fulfillment Print and manage shipping labels using Shiprocket or similar platforms. Supervise the packaging staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain inventory updates and coordinate restocking if required. Ensure proper packaging quality and dispatch processes. Customer Support Respond to customer queries on Instagram and over email in a timely and professional manner. Handle order-related issues such as tracking updates, delays, or return inquiries. Coordinate internally for faster resolution of customer concerns. Requirements: Basic knowledge of eCommerce logistics platforms (Shiprocket preferred). Comfortable using email and social media platforms for communication. Prior experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or customer support is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and take responsibility. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge. Experience in eCommerce or D2C brand operations.

Create reports & dashboards that combine financial + marketing performance. Analyze trends and give data-driven predictions for sales, demand, and ad scaling. Support in budgeting, cost control, and profitability planning. Work with the founder/marketing team to make strategy decisions based on numbers. Requirements: Strong background in accounting/finance (Excel or Google Sheets expert). Knowledge of performance metrics in e-commerce/ads (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rates). Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and forecast outcomes. Experience with data visualization tools (Excel dashboards, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a plus.
